New Horizons has been walking alongside young adults since 1978. Over the decades, we have seen tens of thousands of young people walk through our doors, each one with their own story, struggles, and hopes for what comes next. We have never believed in a one-size-fits-all approach to ending homelessness. We believe in personalized care that is unique for everyone, and the results speak for themselves.
In 2024 alone, 177 young adults found housing after connecting with our services. That is 177 move-in days where we helped pack up their belongings and drove them home. That is 177 key handoffs to some who have never had keys of their own. That is 177 first nights of rest spent in their own bed.
