Marketing and Communications Coordinator
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will help build and maintain New Horizons’ brand and reputation, and will be a story teller who can communicate the struggles and successes of the young people we serve with tact and sensitivity. A successful candidate will have exceptional writing, brand management, project coordination and social media skills. This is a full-time role, reporting to the Director of Development.
As a member of the Engagement Services Team, the Chaplain is responsible for the daily staffing of Day Programming, as well as the development and facilitation of weekly rhythms of ecumenical spiritual programming. While the majority of the job is providing direct service to young people experiencing homelessness, a portion of the job is staff-facing, providing spiritual care to Staff. The ideal candidate has a non-judgmental and enthusiastic attitude about engaging with young people across the spectrum of religious and spiritual belief, race, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation and gender. The position requires flexibility with scheduling work hours in the early morning and late night. The chosen applicant will be asked to sign a Statement of Faith upon hire.
The Case Manager effects change in the lives of youth and young adults (YYA) by providing a full range of case management services, including, but not limited to, engagement, assessment, intervention, short-term counseling, goal setting, and referrals for a caseload of 20-30 young people.

New Horizons is looking for two exceptional part-time Shelter Counselors to engage with young people experiencing homelessness between the ages of 13 and 25. You will join a dynamic direct service team. Shelter counselors lead the nightly operations of Cedar St. and the Nest, New Horizons’ two young adult shelters.
The Volunteer Coordinator will maintain and recruit a diverse volunteer team that supports critical work of the organization, including meal coverage, direct service support with youth and young adults experiencing homelessness and administrative support. The ideal candidate is expressive, detail oriented and excels at relationship building. This position requires working some nights, early mornings and occasional weekend hours, and reports to the Director of Facilities and Infrastructure.
