We are looking for compassionate people to provide and serve meals, to interact directly with youth and young adults, and to help organize and clean our shelter space.
We welcome individual volunteers, groups, churches, and businesses.

Meal Prep
We serve breakfast and dinner 7 days a week and rely on food group volunteers to prepare meals for 25 โ 35 young adults once or twice a month. You will have access to our commercial grade kitchen and ongoing staff support.
Program Support
Direct Service Volunteers support New Horizons staff during Day Program hours in our Drop-In Center and participate in activities with young adults including employment services, arts & crafts, games, karaoke, and meals.*
Group Projects
Are you interested in helping with a group project? Projects may include cleaning and organizing shelter space, painting inside and outside the facility, organizing kitchen space, and cleaning up outside the facility.
*Direct Service Volunteers must complete an orientation and pass a background check before volunteering in the shelter.
Program Partners
We partner with professionals in mental health, chemical dependency counseling or treatment, and therapeutic programming through the arts.
