• Define and describe the widespread impacts of trauma and how trauma shows up in the lives of young people in our programs
• Recognize the interconnections between trauma and oppression at individual, collective and systemic levels
• Problem-solve challenges with doing trauma-informed work in our programs
• Apply pragmatic tools and strategies to support young people to heal from and transform traumatic experience
